Purchase and Return Policy
- All sales are final and designs are sold as seen.
- Due to the nature of the product, OSN does not offer returns or refunds.
- If a payment plan is in need, OSN does allow $50 non-refundable down, with remaining payment due within 30 days. Project will not be started until payment is made in full. Files will not be sent to purchaser until payment is made in full.
- Pre-made designs can be altered at any time, up until finalized project approved and sent. Once purchased, the designer will hold onto the design until the client is ready to make their changes.
- Client receives three revisions and adjustments to the pre-made covers are included in the pricing, any further changes after the sign-off are charged at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour billed.
- By purchasing the product, you agree to the terms and conditions stated by oh so Novel. Breach of the terms and condition could lead to legal action.
- Once purchased the client must leave instructions of changes in the comments section; if changes are not required immediately, the client should email design@mignonmykel.com when they're ready. Please allow 3-5 working days for changes to take place and review files to be sent to the client.
